quality was really low and the ornament did not look like the advertised version. The clear top coat was bubbled and the back looked more clear and printed than the front

I sent a previous email about damaged itrm and have not heard back.

It’s not a real 3-D item, it’s actually just a painting on a flat thin piece of cardboard. Very disappointed and a total waste of money.

Puzzle is good enough quality, comes in a sturdy box. Picture was great, very cute and was a great gift for fathers day.

Super happy with the custom couples ornament that I ordered!
I ordered it just before Canada Post went on strike, so it arrived late, but that was not YeCustoms fault at all. When the tracking was showing up wonky I was able to email YeCustoms and they were super helpful in tracking down my package and communicating what was happening with it due to the strike.
When it was re-shipped after the strike was over a new tracking number was provided and it arrive super fast.

Can’t wait to have it on our Christmas tree next year.

Looks better in person. Shopping was extremely fast. Will order more as gifts. The picture shows it still in the plastic, so it doesn’t look as clear.
